RETURN PROCEDURE
The purchased goods can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. ZouZou Sas reimburses the full cost of the products returned by the Customer provided they are accompanied by the return authorization issued by ZouZou Sas. The refund, excluding shipping costs, is credited to the same credit and debit card used for the purchase. To carry out the return procedure it is necessary to send an e-mail toonlinestore@zouzou.itto obtain the return authorization. To return, wait for the return authorization issued by ZouZou di T. Russo Sas. The e-mail with the return authorization must be inserted inside the package. ZouZou di T. Russo Sas sends a pre-compiled sheet with the destination address to be applied on the package with the return authorization. Unauthorized returns are not accepted. The return is accepted only if the procedure indicated in this paragraph is followed. Products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged in transit. The return of the product involves the payment of the shipping costs. Once the return authorization, the return proforma invoice and the UPS shipping note have been obtained, it is possible to inform ZouZou di T. Russo Sas of the preferred date and time for collection. ZouZou di T. Russo Sas will communicate via email the information necessary to proceed. ZouZou di T. Russo Sas sends an e-mail confirming receipt of the return and activating the refund procedure. The refund of the price of the returned products (net of shipping costs) takes place within 15 days from the date on which ZouZou di T. Russo Sas received the returned product in the conditions indicated.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The products to be returned must not have been worn, used or damaged. They must still have all the tags and security seals intact. The lingerie must be tried on over your own underwear. If the sticker is removed or the garments creased, the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Sex toys cannot be returned for any reason. YOU CHANGE
It is possible to replace the purchased product only with another similar one of a different size or measure within 14 days from the delivery date and on condition that it is available. Exchanges requested after the deadline indicated can only be accepted at the discretion of ZouZou di T. Russo Sas. To make the change it is necessary to send an e-mail with the change request toonlinestore@zouzou.it. To make the change, wait for the change authorization issued by ZouZou di T. Russo Sas. Unauthorized exchanges are not accepted.
DEFECTIVE GOODS
Products received already damaged or showing lack of conformity are considered defective. It is possible to request the exchange of the defective product within 10 days from the delivery date, following the same steps as for Returns/Exchanges. In such cases, ZouZou di T. Russo Sas will replace the defective item with an identical one, if available. The replacement product will be sent to the Customer by courier at no additional shipping costs. If the replacement or repair of the product is not possible, ZouZou di T. Russo Sas proceeds with the refund. The refund, including shipping costs when it comes to a defective product at the origin, is made on the same credit and debit card used by the Customer for payment.
